This hotel is a scam. I made a reservation for May 14th (with a credit card through orbitz). I went to the front desk only for them to tell me that all the rooms are booked and that their sister hotel (Surburban.... is also fully booked). Needless to say at 11PM and had to find another hotel for the night. They asked me to have orbitz call them for a refund. When Orbitz called them they tell them that I STAYED the night. Please avoid this hotel at all costs, they are running a scam. I just noticed there are other reviewers who had the same experience with this hotel.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The staff were not as accommodating as I’ve expected. Furnitures were broken or worn down. Room has a bad smell. Hotel has a no refund policy so I recommend cancelling early if you can. I would not recommend this hotel.

We chose it for location...less than 2 miles to The Cheesecake Factory! The room was heavily scented, due to cleaning products, which makes it difficult for my wife to breathe. Furnishings in room were cramped.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Staying at Quality Inn Vienna was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. The staff—including the so-called "managers"—were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Communication with service staff was nearly impossible due to language barriers or sheer indifference. The condition of the room was beyond filthy—it reeked of a terrible odor, cockroaches were crawling across the floor, and the entire space felt neglected and unsanitary. They charge $90 a night, yet don’t even bother to clean the room daily. If you request housekeeping, they’ll try to squeeze another $10 from you per day. That’s outright extortion for basic hygiene. The “breakfast” is a joke. Either the eggs are gone, or there’s no butter—it’s a disorganized mess. To make things worse, the place reeks of weed smoke, despite me explicitly booking a non-smoking room. The stench seeped into the room and lingered in the surrounding halls, making the entire stay unbearable. Honestly, for $90 per night, this dump delivers nothing but frustration and disgust. Don’t waste your money or sanity—stay anywhere else.
