Good Location

Pros: Clean and modern
Cons: We couldn't see any information for tourists
Just outside the main centre of Vienna but excellent transport facilities to get there. Schonbrunn Palace only ten minute walk, great bakery/cafe opposite hotel, along with a small supermarket and restaurants. Underground only few minutes walk away.

Als wir ankamen war keine Seife vorhanden. Wifi funkionierte jeweils nur 20min, stoppte dann aus unerklärlichen Gründen und musste neu aktiviert werden. Reception konnte/wollte uns aus Zeitmangel nicht helfen. Es wird Satelliten TV angepriesen, hat aber nur D, E, F und Arabische Sender obwohl Italien ein Nachbarland ist. Zimmer war einmal gar nicht gemacht und einmal nur gerade das Allernötigste (waren 5N da). Teekocher funktionierte teilweise nicht. Housekeeping Mitarbeiter verstand kein einziges Wort D oder E nur Arabisch. Ein Trolley stand um 22:30h im Gang und dies längere Zeit. Obwohl ich die Reception über meine Beobachtung informierte, geschah vorest nichts. Erst als ich der Reception sagte, dass ich Angst habe und deshalb nicht schlafen könne, bemühte sich ein Mitarbeiter den Trolley zu entfernen. Um Mitternacht riss uns dann auch noch ein Arlam aus dem Schlaf! Mobiliar sehr modern aber auch sehr düster, da vieles in schwarz gehalten ist.

In nächster Nähe die U4 Station. Man ist in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum von Wien.
