Upon check-in I was told that there were no rooms available I said well I made reservations 2 days ago, the room was surprisingly clean, but air conditioning system leaked all the way across the floor, I tell you it was definitely not worth the $150 spent on the room. I don't think I'll ever be staying at this particular place again

Unfriendly Checkin/Office woman

I had to ring an outer door bell and wait. The woman came to the door and stared at me without saying anything like I wasn't suppose to be there. I said I am here to checkin and again she stared and finally opened the door. No welcoming comments just stiff demeanor. I felt like I was being a bother to her. When I got to my room there were no hangers. When I asked for some at first I was told they don't provide hangers. What hotel does not provide hanger. Finally some were found and brought to my room. Also there were many types of homeless people, some were fighting and yelling a lot. It was a bit scary. One guy was tossing a knife at a wood board that was close to where some children were playing. At one point the knife bounced off the board and landed near one of the kids.

Decent place if you're paying under 100

I have low expectations of budget hotels so I don't mind if things aren't perfect.... Though I had pretty much no complaints at all this visit. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water and the air conditioning worked fine. That's really all I ask for.

Ok alternative if not trying to spend a ton

I was looking for a cheap alternative to staying in AC for 150-200 per night and I didn't mind being half hour away, so this worked fine. Condition wasn't the best but it was acceptable. Didn't realize there would be a kitchen which was a nice surprise. everything worked so I really have no complaints, but it all about your expectations... I knew I was staying at a budget place so I knew what I would get. There was good and a gas station right nearby too which worked out well for me.

Did not stay at this place because there seemed to be a "confirmation" discrepancy. The jerk that manned the reception station argued his position, told me he did not want me to stay and brokered no discussion on the issue though I showed him the confirmation email in my possession. Whatever the issue was, this establishment chose to send me away rather than figure out how the problem could be remedied.

Overall the place was a great place to stay but the shower curtain had mold on it, there was a cricket in the bathroom, the water from the jacuzzi was brown yellow and dirty Hair in the tube No iron or iron board as well Gentleman at the the desk was kind of rude Told him I was coming from CT so I would arrive around 3AMish So it sounded like he didn’t like that at all because when I got there he was sleeping. And I had to wait for him and was ringing the bell at the door for a little So like I said it was a good place to stay but definitely not a place I would recommend. First and Last for me!

Terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Neighbors were VERY noisy. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do. Also the neighbors smoked pot, the hallway reeked of it. I was down the only hallway at the hotel with only 4 rooms. I was there for 2 weeks and booked for a 3rd week only to be told that they denied my booking because they were supposedly booked full. When i booked i got the last room.

The check in person was very rude and did not tell me where the room was located was short just handed me the room key and that was it. Don’t stay at this hotel not worth it. The room stunk the curtains had holes in them the bathroom was filthy

I like this place cause is very close to my family/friends but on the last two times I stayed here that only complaint that I had is about the smell in the rooms. It's a smell between humidity and smoke, even that are "smoke free" rooms. I couldn't say if is because the a/c were on on fan or the carpet or what, but this last time the smell was terrible. I have to ask for an air refresher to try to put away the smell. The maintenance guy was nice, but the guy at the front desk had a nasty attitude when I went to complaint. The rest was great.
