This property was very dirty. Our bedding had brown stains in it. The evening staff would not let us have more than one key card (two adults in the room) and interrupted me when I was asking and yelled “NO”.

I usually am happy with Microtel but this one is not well maintained. There were small bugs crawling on my bathroom floor both days. Carpeting in rooms and halls were visibly stained and some areas were shredding. No elevator which was a problem since I had hurt my back and couldn't carry a suitcase but the gentleman at desk carried it up for me. I feel like it was pricey for the condition.

Stood around for a few minutes before an employee finally came to the front desk. Other than that everything was great. Room was clean and bathroom stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel.

Bad place to stay

The room smelled of lavender like the powder you scatter on carpet before you vacuum. The a/c leaked water all over the carpet. The shower leaked. I will never stay here again. Looks are deceiving.

Bed is super comfortable! Everything else needs upgrading. Bath tub is a bit gross. It’s old and you can tell. Check in was super smooth.
