They say for trips longer than 2 days they will service the 3rd day. I was there for 6 days and five nights. We were in the room on the 5th day when they finally knocked on the door for housekeeping. We were just hanging out a bit and didn’t want to leave and we only had one more night so I told them no. In retrospect I should have at least asked for some fresh towels. It is, however, right on the beach and the Mexican restaurant downstairs was really good in my opinion. My kids loved the food. Overall, I was just really disappointed with the service of taking care of the room. Outside of that not a terrible stay. I got a good deal on it and we had a decent trip. Not the worst I’ve stayed at but by far not the best.

They charge an additional resort fee when you get there on top of the room price. Why is this not already included? The hotel is outdated and in bad need of refurbishment. The staff was friendly, but no one at the front desk would answer the phone when I had a question. Overall, it was not the cleanest, but the beds were ok and the sheets were nice.

The view is beautiful, you are seconds from the beach and all stores and food. Restaurant is right downstairs if you didn't want to leave the hotel. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
