Enjoy your dream vacation at Villa Babudri only 8min drive from beach in Porec. Villa was built in 2016 and made of stone in traditional Istrian way.
 
Villa Babudri has four elegantly decorated Bedrooms. All Bedrooms are spacious and fitted with elegant furnishing and comes with an en suite bathroom, an LCD flat-screen Smart TV, king size plus bed (200x210cm), air conditioning and a terrace with the sea view. The whole villa has WiFi internet and floor heating. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the dinning area and the cozy living room. This bright space is open, allowing the guests to enjoy a wonderful view into the  garden and the swimming pool. Pool can be heated.*

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir können es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Traumhafte Villa am Ortsrand von Visnjan

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Villa. Diese wurden zwischenzeitlich verkauft. positive Veränderungen: - der Whirlpool steht jetzt draußen und der bisherige Raum steht zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung - An allen Terrassentüren sind Fliegengitter nachgerüstet worden - auch am Morgen ist ausreichend Warmwasser vorhanden - kleine Nespresso-Maschine ist vorhanden Caroline (unsere Ansprechpartnerin) hat sich bei kleineren Problemem bei uns gemeldet und gekümmert. So wurde ein Sonnenschrim ausgetauscht, der defekt war. Die Liegen draußen wurden gößtenteils in körpergeformte Liegen ausgetauscht. Wir haben die beiden flachen Liegen von drinnen mit benutzt. Die Nähe zu Visnjan und Porec ist traumhaft. In Visnjan sind ein guter Bäcker und eine hervorragende Metzgerei vorhanden. Beiden sollte ein Besuch abgestattet werden. Wir hatten wieder einen sehr erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub in der Villa Babudri.

Schönes Haus. Leider mit Mängeln am Whirlpool und Swimmingpool

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Die Mängel am Whirlpool und Swimmingpool haben uns leider etwas enttäuscht. In der ersten Woche war der Whirlpool defekt (undichte Leitungen). Bei Betrieb stand der Boden unter Wasser. Danach ist die Pumpe vom Swimmingpool ausgefallen. Swimmingpool war nicht beheizt. Kein Kescher vorhanden, so konnten die Insekten nur schwer entfernt werden.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Villa Babudri. Die Angaben und Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Unbedingt dem Metzger im Ort besuchen.

Schöner Urlaub in Alleinlage

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir durften schon um 15:30 Uhr einchecken und haben in dem Haus einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Alles war funktionsfähig und sauber, bis auf kleinere Mankos die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Insgesamt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es passend und wir könnten uns einen weiteren Urlaub in der Villa Babudri gut vorstellen.

sehr gut ausgestattete Villa

positive Punkte: - Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen und Wohn- Essbereich - 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Masterbad (Badewanne, keine begehbare Dusche) - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - WaMa und Geschirrspüler vorhanden - Whirlpool drinnen - schöner Außenpool mit 8 Liegen - Außengrill - amerikanischer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter negative Punkte: - Es gibt nur einen Hausschlüssel Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Villa hatten wir für zwei Wochen gebucht und haben nach einer Woche kostenlos ein Houskeeping bekommen, Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Noch ein Hinweis für alle Nespresso-Liebhaber: Eigene Maschine incl. Kapseln mitbringen.

Top Villa, Top Lage

Die Villa entsprach komplett den Bildern im Netz. Sehr gut gepflegt mit einer Top Lage, etwas außerhalb von Visnjan, mit nur wenigen Nachbarn. In Visnjan selbst (15 min zu Fuß) gab es zwei kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants. Für den großen Einkauf ist jedoch z.B. das Kaufland in Porec zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin Nikolina war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit, gleiches gilt für Marco vom Housekeeping, er konnte uns immer weiterhelfen bei Fragen rund um das Haus und die Region. Fazit: Die Villa und die Umgebung sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
