This property seems lovely from the outside. But the gal at the front desk was not only unfriendly but, seemed unhappy to be there. Once we checked in to our room, we noticed the carpet in front of the sink was soaking wet. The carpet was drenched. We complained on our way out (a different front desk person) and they said they would handle it while we were out. We came back.......nothing. Our whole stay there we had to step in soaked carpet to use the sink. The stink and inconvenience was not good. The staff constantly acted bothered by any questions. Plus.....no outlet in the bathroom area for nighttime tinkle. Either stadium lighting or pitch black. I am thinking of going back to Marriott for all my travels. No customer service TLC at this location.

Bed bugs

Walking into the room, the carpeted floor had some debris that the vacuum missed. We were tired from a four-hour drive, so we wanted to rest a little before heading out for dinner. When we were about to lie down, we saw a bed bug on the sheet. My daughter asked what it was, but I didn't tell her because she worries easily. I told the front desk, and they said they were sold out, so there were no rooms to change to. Not even a single apology.

I was not impressed with the room or the staff either. The wifi is almost nonexistent.. putting aside wifi I couldn't get enough bars to make a phone calls. Mention to the front desk and blank stare back at me. Face it we use cell phones I was traveling alone and need to let family know I arrived safely. Couldn't do that without having to go out to a dark parking lot where a group of young people were hanging out. Being a senior I was a bit concerned That was fine but the inconvenience of having to leave my room go down stairs just to make a phone call

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel! However, our mini fridge wasn’t working but didn’t mind as we had our yeti cooler with us anyways! Also, I have a small child and they didn’t have a plug for the bath so she had to take a shower which was a bummer. Little things but could be improved.
