Small independent house situated in a panoramic position, surrounded by vineyards, olive grove and chestnut woods. The area has many ruins from the Etruscan period and it is only 40 km from the sea. Ideal for people looking for relaxation, tranquillity, but also the opportunity to spend a day at the seaside. Some of the outdoor area are fenced, among those a large area 16 x 20 m with furniture, a loggia with wood burning oven. There is a large brick porch to use for dining outside with the view on the swimming pool and the valley. Cosy, simple single-family house "Le Pergole". 1.5 km from the centre of Volterra, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach toll. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und standen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gern wieder und können eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen.

Ein Traum!

Das Ferienhaus und die Lage sind wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der private Pool wurde täglich (nächtlich) gereinigt. Der Gastgeber, Andrea war immer erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. Er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der kurze Naturweg zum Haus ist allerdings um einiges länger als beschrieben, jedoch gut befahrbar, selbst mit tiefergelegtem Auto, nur staubig;) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage, der große Pool und der Ausblick in die Toskana waren unschlagbar. Nur die Einrichtung insbesondere die Küche waren mangelhaft; so habe ich eine Filterkaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und eine Schere vermisst.

Tolles Haus in phantastischer Lage

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei kleinen Hunden in dem Haus und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Der Pool ist wie beschrieben mit phantastischer Aussicht und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Andrea hat uns vor Ort super betreut, danke nochmal für den leckeren Wein! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nádherný bazén u stárnoucího objektu

Významné plus objektu spočívá ve velkém, vyhřívaném a udržovaném bazénu a pěkném výhledu. Chyběl nám slibovaný klid a soukromí. Frekventovaná, velmi prašná silnice těsně u plotu a denní práce ve skladu vína v těsném sousedství ke klidu rovněž nepřidaly. Ve 30-stupňových vedrech se bez sítí proti hmyzu spalo velmi špatně. Díky počasí nám tam bylo dobře, ale pobyt můžeme doporučit spíše nenáročným klientům. Popis na webu ne zcela odpovídá současnému stavu.

Tolle Poolanlage

Wir haben im September als Paar mit unserem 6 Monate alten Sohn und Hund eine fantastische Woche verbracht. Der Poolbereich ist traumhaft und sehr sauber . Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und im großen und ganzen ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Für 4 oder mehr Erwachsene nicht unbedingt geeignet , da die Privatsphäre auf Grund der Anordnung der Schlafzimmer und des etwas kleinen Wohn/ Essbereiches nicht unbedingt gegeben ist. Volterra ist eine kleine gemütliche Altstadt und lädt zum bummeln ein. Die angegebenen Entfernungen stimmen leider nicht. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 km entfernt . Ohne Auto oder längeren Fußmarsch kann man nichts erreichen . Auch der Naturweg zum Haus ist deutlich mehr wie 200 m. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die darunter liegenden Hügel. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist riesig und hat einen sensationellen Blick ins Umland. Der Besitzer war sehr nett beim Empfang und kümmert sich sofort, sofern es Fragen gibt. Man fühlt sich in diesem Haus sehr wohl. Es ist alles in allem schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wer allerdings gerne kocht, muss etwas improvisieren, da die Küchenausstattung mit Schüsseln, Platten und Küchenutensilien etwas eingeschränkt ist.

Phantastischer Ausblick

...ein schnuckeliges, traditionelles toskanisches Ferienhaus, weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt in idyllischer Landschaft. Das Highlight sind der große Pool mit wunderbarer Aussicht in Kombination mit der gemütlichen Terasse. Hier haben wir 95% unserer Zeit verbracht. Bei tollem Wetter einfach grandios! Man ist hier einfach für sich auf dem großzügigen Gelände. xx, der Besitzer der Podere, ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hat einen kleinen Alabaster Shop in Volterra. Sein Bruder wohnt direkt nebenan und kann bei eventuell aufkommenden Fragen kontaktiert werden. Zudem produziert er leckeren Rotwein! Die Mobiliar des Hauses ist etwas veraltet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche nicht perfekt. Aber wir waren gut vorbereitet und hatten scharfe Messer, Küchentücher & Co dabei. Wir kommen sicher gern nochmal wieder!

Le Pergole - Pohodlí s výhledem

Dům, zahrada i vybavení odpovídají zcela popisu. Od bazénu je perfektní výhled na toskánskou krajinu. Do města to není nijak daleko, ale po celou dobu do kopce. Celkově moc pěkný objekt na pěkném místě v Toskánsku.
