The living area is furnished with a large sofa, wood-burning fireplace and SmartTV. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, ice machine, wine cooler, coffee machine with pods and mocha. The indoor dining area has a table and chairs for 6 persons.

The villa is ideal for people with mobility problems as there are no steps on the lower floor.

The sleeping area is characterised by 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom equipped with a glass shower: two of the rooms are on the ground floor, one of the rooms has a bathroom equipped to accommodate wheelchair users. These rooms have views of the beautiful garden. On the upper floor is The Suite with a view of the breathtaking panorama.

On the ground floor there is also a study and a further, more intimate living area with TV. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped gym for the exclusive use of guests.
