The grounds were lovely….clean….well manicured….the pool was nice….clean….lovely view…the people were all very friendly and responded quickly to a question or request…..but…..the room…..not so much…..it was musty smelling….my clothes got damp hanging in the closet….its old and in need of a makeover….and when I’m in Hawaii….i want to see Hawaiian coffee in my welcome basket….not Folgers……lol…..

This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again.

Enjoyed the pool & BBQ facilities. Unit needs updating inside. Carpet was really worn & looked dirty. Lanai was nice overlooking the golf course. However, lanai chair cushions didn't cover seating area. No visitor parking made quest visits difficult. Not a good enviorment for kids. Great for adults looking for quiet, restful get away. Near by shoping was great. Be aware that there is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the compound.

Stayed at the Outrigger on a girls trip to Hawaii and it was the perfect accommodation for us! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for 5 of us. The location was so convenient- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, beach and shopping. Also an easy drive to other beaches and sight seeing.

Absolutely loved the condo. Rooms were great, master bath was great. Very roomy and loved our view from our lanai. Only issue was the 1st room was not very clean, lots of dust and dead bugs under bed.

Nice place, convenient to shops and restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub, and gym. Dryer did not work very well, took 3 cycles to dry small bath of clothes. Ice maker was broken as well. Complex was doing construction on the exterior of the unit starting at 7:30 am and worked till 4 each day, workers camped out on our front patio. Notified property manager and they apologized as they were told the work would be done after we left.
