Our room was spotless and laid out very well!! The small kitchenette was wonderful. We only stayed one might but a multi night stay would be ideal.

The room was spotless! I love the layout with a small stove, fridge, microwave! There were no provisions for morning coffee but a Starbucks is 3 minutes away! This would be an ideal multi day stay!!

bed and pillows were very good. I stayed 4 days and the room was never cleaned, the bed was never made, no ice available AT ALL, the kitchenette had one spoon, one fork and a couple of spatulas

The hotel staff (Tory) was very nice and helpful. She appeared to be the only staff there most of the time. The hotel was in the process of renovation. The room appeared to be done, but the lobby was under construction. I wish Hotels.com had mentioned this. It resulted in several amenities being unavailable. However on the upside, the room was very fresh and beautifully clean. One or two things had not been installed correctly and I hope they check the rooms (I did report, i.e. the dead bolt didn’t work). Really, the main flaw was that they did not provide a coffee maker (?!) or coffee supplies. It had a stove top and pan which worked in a pinch. The Walgreens next door had coffee etc. but it would have been much nicer to have a coffe maker. Overall, the service and cleanliness made it a comfortable stay.

Very upset with the stay want to actually speak with management. There was no lobby to sit in, no breakfast because they are undergoing maintenance but this was never stated anywhere. Someone actually walked into my son and Is room and he was very scared. My room was so hotel did not cool some till 3am

More favorable than factual reviews?

There were roaches in the suite we booked and we refused to stay in the room. We were subsequently downgraded to another standard room. It was a horrible experience and I believe that we should be fully refunded. I also am now beginning to believe that hotels secure reviews that are more favorable than factual. Beware.

Still some work to be done!

There was construction going on, so no snacks or ice. I maxed out the hot water. The front desks clerks were polite and helpful. I loved the bathroom- complete with a night light and foot bar for shaving legs!
