We loved the location and property was in great shape. Check in was an unexpected adventure. We checked in at 3:30 and the room was ready. We put some of our belongings in the room and left to go see family we were there to visit and when we arrived back that night our room keys didn’t work. We were quite surprised to find that they had given away the room to someone else who had complained about their room and removed our belongings without notifying us. We were able to secure another room there for the night but it was not a smooth transition. Staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

Just flew in for a couple days. Needed to print online temporary license after realizing I didn’t have license on me. Front desk was pleasant and worked to print it for me so I was legal. So appreciative! Great courteous. Service
