The woman at the front desk had no customer service skills, room was dirty and then we were moved to another room with dirty towels in the bathroom. low budget shouldn’t mean dirty room and bad service

The check in was slow as molasses. The bedding and. Towels and shower were great. The only thing was the toilet seemed to have a creature in it! I even looked in t he tank. It made a gurgling noise all night. I still slept good though. They have really good cookies at the front desk!

They had everyones reservation messed up the day we checked in. Told me my reservation was cancelled which it was not. Said my card was de lined and phone disconnected. Neither was true. Put us in a lesser room than what we reserved and paid for. Lady working front desk spent most of her time arguing with customers and talking so loudly it carried through entire building. If wall drug owbs this location they could do alot better with there employee choices.

The lady that handed me the key was in room 106, kinda weird. Room was good. We'll see now if they have breakfast or not. Shows pictures of a dining area on the website but never got to go into the lobby area so don't know.

Grounds were clean. 2 blocks from Wall Front desk provided keys that did not open the room door. Reissued, with notice that they hope they don't see me back because they don't know what else to do to open the door. Room was not very clean, bathroom was very clean. Had bugs in the room. Room was very overpriced based on the accommodations Local train maintenance employees dominated the inn, fairly noisy. Room heater worked well
