Middle of no where wall drug

Very clean and well kept hotel. The person at the reception desk was very efficient and quick with the keys and information. The hotel rooms were basic but very clean and well maintained for their age. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had all the necessary channels you would need.

My stay didn’t meet expectations and I ended up leaving a night early. It’s fine for one night if you want to be close to badlands, but I’d recommend staying in rapid city.

Great breakfast!

Older motel but very well maintained. Breakfast was by far the best this year. Extremely fresh and well done. It was the highlight of my day!

We didn’t appreciate a toilet that wasn't flushing - we had to get a plunger and fix the toilet ourselves. The "inside" swimming pool and hot tub were in a separate building and when it's just 35° outside, one doesn't want to be walking back to the room outside.

Best stay in Wall!

While the choice of accomodations available in Wall aren't extensive, the Best Western is clearly the top of them all. We were so impressed with the condition of the hotel and the level of service offered by the staff in every aspect. They are friendly and so kind, and it's clear there is a real care for the place and the guests. That was apparent with every interaction and encounter we had. The room was clean and well maintained, as was every other facility - pool, ice room, breakfast area, etc. We were there in the off season, when it would be easy to slack off or care less, and the opposite was clearly true - these owners and staff give it their all every day, with true integrity.

Perfect for the occasion

All the staff here were very friendly with a simple check-in and check-out process. There was a note left in our room about it being a family owned and run business which was cool to know. Breakfast offered a little bit of everything to get us going for the day. Would definitely start again if in the area!
