We've had a few, pretty mediocre accommodations with Super 8 during our 10000 mile road trip around America, but were hopeful with this one because of its high ratings. We were disappointed. The room was small, had no desk, chair or table, included a cramped bathroom, and was very basic in every way. It would have been minimally satisfactory if the price reflected this basic budget facility, but the price was as high as more comfortable hotels we've stayed at during this and other trips. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk attendant was very sweet and friendly. We arrived late, and she was attentive despite the late hour. We unfortunately didn't get to partake of the free breakfast because they aren't setting it up at the hotel right now due to lack of guests, and the restaurant they are giving guests a free ticket to didn't open before we were to be on the road. The room was nice and clean, however the bed was terribly hard. Water pressure in this hotel was phenomenal. Overall, our short stay was fine, but I would probably try a different hotel if we were to stay in the area again due to the beds.

Very clean and friendly check in staff

The check-in person was wonderful. The only problem we had was with the housekeeper. Check out time is 11:00 and the housekeeper opened our door at 8:30. My husband was coming to answer the door but she opened it to clean? Better communication is needed for who is actually checked out!!
