Room looked ransacked upon entry desk entertainment pulled from wall with dirty socks and trash behind it, unswept floors. Plastic trash just out beside the bed. A bracket torn from the wall just sitting on nightstand. But was very cheap I guess.

I paid for my room before time and when I checked in before 0200’hours they said that they said they had no rooms. I went back later and checked again because they was hardly any cars there. T his was confirmed by Ashley a different Clark. I have stayed at Baymont in Williamsburg

Property is run-down and in poor repair. No towels were provided due to a broken washing machine. Front desk staff made many excuses about the towels and promised repeatedly that the laundry was being done in a laundromat and I'd get towels.

We had to leave after one night the room was not what we reserved they charged us wrong. No batteries in the smoke detector-pool closed by the health department- towels torn and ripped-no coffee maker- no microwave! Bugs on the floor- Manager wouldn’t talk to us about our problems! We really would like a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. I recommend Expedia not even list this property! It was an awful experience! And I couldn’t get through to Expedia for help!!

There was no towels or toiletries in our room , asked for those multiple times and never got them , tv was broke , didnt have the room i booked , staff said there was no toilet paper gave us some out of office bathroom and said washer was broke so they had no towels , sure wish i could be reinbursed for the money i spent .

I have nothing good to stay about this place it was a last minute was doing home renovations me and the kids left the house for the day and stayed here. Immediately I had booked for two beds got a one bed. Entered the room smelled like cigarettes the quilt had a blood or poop stain on it. No towels. Broken sink. To add police were in and out all day there. If you wanna question ur safety and sanitation this is the place for you.

This is an unsafe hotel as there is lots of Marijuana and partys going on. They had no towels for either of my rooms. The door doesnt lock when we leave. The bathroom light didnt work. The list goes on
