Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Lage. Die Anlage bzw. die Apartments sind von außen ziemlich häßlich. Zugänge, Treppenhäuser teilweise nicht schön, aber die Apartments sind auf einem aktuellen Stand, gemütlich und voll ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Es war eig alles ok. Bis auf die Freundlichkeit des Personals, aber ich denke jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag. Am Empfang wirkten die rezeotionskräfte sehr gestresst. Ausserdem wussten wir nicht das wir keine Tische im osteria oder auch heimisch bestellen können, deswegen fragte ich nach. Leider war auch in der osteria der Kellner sehr unfreundlich und ich haben auch kaum verstanden was er gasagt hat. Dann hab ich die telnummer im Internet angerufen und ich würde dort freundlich begrüßt. Ich habe gefragt ob ich einen Tisch bestellen könne.annsagte mir am Telefon, das ich nur im heimisch und im dschungelland einen Tisch bestellen könne. Darauf hin bin ich ins heimisch gegenagen um zu reservieren. Dort sagte man mir dann. Ich könne gar nicht vorreseevieren, weil es sonst unfair gegenüber den anderen Gästen wäre. Und mir würde es dann erklärt. Es wäre denke ich gut, wenn auf der Homepage direkt stehen würde, das man nicht vorreseevieren kann.. Hatte es auf jeden Fall nicht gesehen. Im heimisch war das Personal dann auch sehr nett und vor allem Kompetent. Gruß Familie Pelster. Wir werden aber bestimmt wieder kommen weil es uns insgesamt sehr sehr gut gefallen hat.. Und es für jede Altersgruppe, ob ganz klein, klein, Mittel :) oder für groß Aktivitäten gibt und eine Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten..

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Gebäude, teilweise mit sehr stark auffallenden Schönheitsmängeln (sowohl an der Bausubstanz als auch am Mobiliar). Durch die kompakte Anlage relativ kurze Fußwege, ausreichend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Kinderfreundlich!
