Called and cancelled Friday night but kept Saturday night and when I got there no reservation was kept and I had to pay more money to get a room even with a military discount. No coffee pot, no phone, no alarm clock, no restaurant, no breakfast. Wow!!! I will probably find some place else next year.

The hotel felt unsafe. It wasn’t clean and there was no hot water. The hotel said they offered so many amenities such as a bar a Free breakfast and they had none of that. They put me in a room near an unlocked exit door. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I tried to form a complaint and the staff manager Halena laughed at me. This hotel was horrible, dirty, and rude.

They assigned me a room where another guest was already staying and upon asking how I'll know the next room they assign me won't have a guest they told me they'd go up and look with me. Totally bizarre and shady, would never stay again.

The stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible mold and a strong musty smell that made it uncomfortable to be in. It clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. Chipping paint and broken doors were some of the few. The hotel also advertises free breakfast online, but there was none available, which was frustrating and misleading.

Do you love the feeling that you have creepy crawls in bed? Are you uncomfortable walking through dark parking lots at night? How about water temperature? Do you like a nice Luke warm shower to wake you up in the morning? Then this is the place for you. The building is dingy and dark, no parking lot lights at all. There were dead bugs in our room that we found under the tv. The bed was thrown together. Tried to take a nice hot shower and well got a mildly warm shower at best. Oh and you want your door to lock properly? Forget about it. Deadbolt don’t lock so it was amazing no one broke in. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the fact the AC worked and the water pressure was good.

Check in attendant was amazing, however we were expecting a third bed and was told they didn't have any and that the third party who we reserved through was to blame and also same excuse was provided for explanation why they didn't provide breakfast. We wra also told that they couldn't remove those things off of their own website after we told them it was false advertisement. Both were reasons why we booked with them. The hotel is not attractive at all, old and run down. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone and we will not be coming back.
