Slow check in. Broken shower valve. 2 towels for 4 guests. Got pool towel on request. Smelly. Sticky ring on night stand. Bad bulb. Gave us the room key to occupied room that we tried to enter at 11 pm, same as a guest before us. Also told us to sit down and wait and then took another check-in before is that walked in after. Room was 61 degrees walking in.

Very Reasonable and Clean

I'm amazed at this hotel. Very reasonably priced and clean. The rooms are very clean. The only thing is this is the second time of stayong there within a ciuple weeks apart, the only complaint is they always seemed to have only one towel in the room. I called the front desk and the attendant was always accommodating. Very happy with this stay.

A place to rest your head... but that's about it.

I was pretty disappointed with this hotel. It may be the same at all Best Westerns, but I'm not going to find out. In this day and age... zero, none, nada USB ports in the rooms and no outlets on the nightstands. So we had to unplug the alarm clock and move the desk lamp to the night stand just to have outlets to charge our phones at night. I was traveling, so I also had gopro's, tablets, computer, etc that needed charging; we had to resort to finding outlets at ground level to charge all our misc equipment. I mean really... who doesn't need a well placed USB port these days? One reason I went with this is the comp breakfast. 2 out of the 4 days, the coffee machine was broken and the orange juice appeared anything but orange; but the rest of the break fast was good (eggs/sausage/potatoes/biscuits&gravy). If you stay longer than a night, you'll need to ask the front desk for more shampoo/conditioner; the bottles are smaller than 1/2 my thumb. But if you're just looking for a place to get some sleep; this will do the trick.
