Rooms are spacious, place is rundown, noise is terrible as the windows are old and poorly installed, Front desk lady was rude, we complained about the noise and were able to get a different room. The valet guys were always attentive and willing to say hi.

Good hotel

The ac was loud. It took us a night to figure out just to keep it cold so we didn’t have to hear it cut off and then back on which was when it was the loudest. Other than the ac, it was a nice hotel in a great location.

There was black mold on the blinds and ceiling as well as mosquitoes in the room due to the standing water. The room looked really nice, but definitely needed maintenance due to water leaking from the ceiling and mold. I tried to reach out to the hotel through expedia and IG, but did not receive a response. Some of the hotel staff like the door men were very nice and courteous, but other staff weren't.

Location and Great Service

I stayed here because of the location near the Metro and the Kennedy Center, and it was great. (The weather however sucked, I walked through ankle deep water to get to the Kennedy Center druing an epic thunderstorm.) The staff was helpful with suggestions for breakfast out. Checkout was a breeze.
