Everything was great. Very comfortable and everything we needed. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the hairdryer. Only 2 settings. Scorch or use to blow out a candle. Friendly staff. Loved the pillows.

Comfy and Quiet

We enjoy staying at the Best Western fit its cleanliness and quietness. Got to breakfast at 9:04 and almost everything was alreadyckeaned up and put away. I thought breakfast ended at 10. Did get some eggs and a biscuit. Next time, I’ll have to get up earlier.

This hotel it’s nice, nothing special about it. It cost like a Hilton hotel and I don’t think it’s worth it. Super super noisy. You can hear every car , motorcycles etc you won’t be able to sleep . Well that was my experience

The Best Western in Washington, MO is our favorite place to stay when visiting the Shaw Nature Reserve.The beds are very comfortable, and the the building is clean. Breakfast is also good. We came up to view the Winter Wonderlights, and that was amazing.
