My guesthouse is close to Fort Totten Metro Station, dining & shopping on Upshur Avenue in Petworth, and a 10 minute cab drive to the popular U Street Corridor. You’ll love my place because of easy it's access to buses and the subway. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It sleeps two comfortably with a queen size bed and twin futon sofa bed. The tree lined neighborhood is quiet. There is ample parking if you are driving a car on your trip.

This apartment's walkable location gets good marks from our customers. During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of Catholic University of America. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the apartment.
