Room was fine but not sparkling, ADA shower got water across the entire bathroom floor. Our TV was barely working and I had to call the front desk several times; the issue remained unresolved. The mini fridge was broken and when I called asking someone to fix it in the morning, so when I returned in the evening I could add more food, no one had come. I had to wait while someone was sent, and had to toss all the food that had been there for multiple days that had not kept, it was such a waste of food I planned to eat, and money. Overall disappointed in the amenities, service, and the staff responses.

Great Neighbourhood close to metro station, lots of shops, supermarket, dining options, and juat a few stops to downtown DC and on the silver line to the airport. Hotel has a gym, didn’t use breakfast as lots of cafes nearby.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The property is conveniently located and there’s easy parking at the back of the property. The staff is very nice and polite. The property is old and hasn’t been renovated for a while. Our two rooms both had alarm triggered off randomly during day and night and we contacted the front desk multiple times and was told someone wiould come over to fix but they never came. we couldn’t sleep very well. The staff is very polite when we checked out and complained about it and they waived our parking fee. We appreciate that but we hope they had addressed that issue because You can’t sleep with alarm coming on and off randomly. so that wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Terrible old hotel.

This Holiday Inn hotel was in terrible condition. There were stains on the carpet, walls, doors, and even the television. What an embarrassment for the employees. This hotel is grossly outdated and in poor condition. The staff was very good and tried to accommodate the best they could.

Nicely situated in Ballston a 3 minute walk from the Metro station, furniture and decor in the common rooms and our bedroom was dated. But the level of cleanliness was fine.

We stayed for a night as a family. The hotel was kinda outdated but we find it comfortable and clean. I am very keen to the smell and dust but I find the hotel very clean. The pillows are not flat, its soft and fluffy. The area is very close to where we need to visit. The area is close to many restaurants and cafe. Make sure to visit Lute Geute if you're a coffee lover. The lady at the reception was very sweet, i think her name is Fernande... will book again if we need to come back to this area again.
