Hotel seems to have new valet and desk staff - we miss the friendly helpfulness of the old staff - the valets are faster so waits for the car are shorter but one valet in particular was too aggressive about unloading the car and insisted that customers are not allowed to take their luggage up to the room - also was an aggressive driver with cars Room itself and breakfast were great as usual. Can’t beat the location.

Nice area but the room with the double bed was too small. There was no soap, i could have called but i used my own, no trash liners. All of those are small things, mainly the room was small. Customer service at the front desk in the AM was not good, and not helpful. He was on his personal phone, never asked could he help me, I was left just standing there waiting. Finally, I asked if he could help me with doing a early check- in because I was so tired I had been up all night traveling. He told me it would cost me $50 to check- in early, which was fine I had no problem with doing that, it was the having to deal with his customer service that I decided I didn't want to stay there. He was awful, and he made me feel like i was annoying him. I tried to cancel my reservation but I couldn't due to my booking I made through Expedia and i didn't want to lose $178.00, so I decided to just stay. The Gentleman in the late PM was nice and courteous, and made up for the person I encountered earlier. Due to fact of the customer service there at the front desk, which my first contact I would not recommend this Hotel.
