Great stay

Very nice place and perfectly as described. Clean and surprisingly quiet given in the middle of the city. Check was easy and street parking worked out fine. Washer and dryer were not working correctly so just make sure they are fixed if you think you’d need it. Will definitely stay again if needed.

A great find!

I couldn’t have asked for a perfect home that is close to everything! We had Mother’s Day dinner in the back patio. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. An easy Uber ride to the mall and museums. I would rent this place again!

Fabulous stay in a terrific location!

Wonderful home in very close proximity to fantastic restaurants, groceries, and a wine bar. Easy access to sites. Very nice accommodations with quick responses from the host. Highly recommend to anyone with a party of 6 or less.

Our 3 night stay

The property was conveniently located ( a short 3 block walk to the Metro). Clean and furnished with all the necessities for our stay…. Including a nice outdoor patio and gas grill. The three bedrooms accommodated our group of six adults and the location to restaurants and grocery stores enhanced our stay. The host allowed us to drop off luggage before the official time.

Great accommodations, comfortable beds, very convenient location. Grocery store is well stocked and only block away. Took only 25 min to walk to Smithsonian! We loved the family friendly atmosphere and menu at unconventional diner which is very close.

Perfect Location and House for a Weekend in DC

It was EASY to get to everything. Convention center, museums, monuments, restaurants, grocery stores.. everything we needed felt like just steps away. And the house itself was spectacular. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The beds and bedding were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We loved Chartel’s home! So beautiful, clean, and spacious for our group of 5 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Location great for the subway, fun bars/restaurants, and a supermarket one block away. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

Wonderful summer vacation with family in Washington DC

The house is in fantastic state. The beds were comfy, and we had all the appliances and utensils we needed. The location was wonderful being two blocks from the metro. Good restaurants, nearby and overall great location. The property manager was great to work with. We will return again.

Exceptional stay. Highly recommend!

Myself and two of my team members booked a local accommodation as an alternative to a hotel during our visit from Colorado. From the selection process to booking, communication, and our experience at the property, we couldn't be happier with our choice! We had everything we needed and loved the central location, which was close to many local hotspots all within walking distance. Our host was great - responsive and flexible with some requests to help make the most of our stay. I highly recommend it!

Just the best way to see DC

I booked Charlet's place as part of a celebration with close friends for a once in a lifetime honour that my wife received in DC. We looked at many properties. We wanted an elegant place with an authentic DC feel for this very special visit. From the bright interior to the well-appointed kitchen to the wonderful outdoor space with a BBQ to the location, this home could not have been better. What a wonderful taste of DC life. We are planning to return.

Redone beautiful home in great location

We loved the house, it fit our needs perfectly. So many yummy food options super close by. Felt safe and fun. Great coffee around the corner. Also, all the finishings and decor were perfect. Modern, clean, lots of natural light! We highly recommend!
