Family trip

Room was clean and comfortable, there are a whole kitchen that you can cook, big TV and computer. Breakfast was good, not much choices but enough like all of the other hotels. Airport shuttle is a plus. However, we didn’t like the check in time at 4pm and they didn’t have the room we booked on time. We came early and waited 3hrs but our room was not available at 4pm, we had to change to smaller room bc we didn’t want to wait longer anymore. We were tired and just wanted a room to relax, we left early at 9.38am the next day to the airport. It may be ok with other customers but not ok with us.

My stay at the Residence Inn was brief, but it was very enjoyable. The room was clean, we had everything that we needed. We were able to check in a bit early from our 9-hour drive then go to our event that day somewhat rested. I accidentally left my purse in the closet drawer, and they found it and sent it to me without incident! Can't say enough great things about the staff from the Loss & Prevention Dept. to the Front Desk staff that is top notch! Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area!
