The rooms were falsely advertised in the website. There were scratches on tables. Dirty carpets. Misty smells. I didn’t stay at the hotel. I walked into my room and promptly left. I am waiting on a refund.

Terrific small hotel in busy neighborhood. Service is impeccable and rooms terrific. Beautiful bar on the top floor -- but not the best for an individual business traveller as there is no conventional sit-at-bar

The only negative was a mattress, too soft spring mattress in a double queen room, otherwise everything else was excellent. The hotel does not offer breakfast but there’s a cafe open at 7 am right next to it

I love the Graham. Perfect location and nice rooms and bathrooms. Love the rooftop bar. The breakfast spot is great too. The front desk staff are consistently not very friendly and seem annoyed by minor questions or requests and I've experienced this same thing on multiple stays at this hotel now so it would be nice if they were friendlier and seemed more interested in being friendly and helpful to guests. The front door guys/bell hops are really great though.
