We had a very comfortable, clean, and spacious room with nice amenities. Everything worked fine! The staff was warm and welcoming and departure was smooth and efficient. We would recommend The Graham for other travellers as it is a great location for reaching areas of sight seeing.

Great little boutique hotel. Front desk was friendly and accommodating when I asked to change rooms. The rooftop bar is very cute. Would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that the perfume smell in the lobby is a little strong.

While one of the receptionist were very rude and didnt care about our concerns regarding our room being super cold because the heater kept going out, the rest of staff was good, also very efficient. There were like 2 concierge gentlemen who actually opened the doors for us while the other just stood there. The room was super small which was unexpected because online they seemed a good size. We had bugs in our room and told them but they weren't removed. We would have loved to see some 1950's decor on our walls. The room was so plain. For the location & price charged for the 5 nights we stayed, we just expected alot more.
