Rooms didn't have microwaves or refrigerators, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for the price. Front desk folks were nice, but some folks in the in hotel store were not. I was charged incorrectly for multiple different items (parking when I didn't have a vehicle and food at the wrong price). They also charged extra mandatory $25 per day fees for nothing (supposedly for food they have that you may or may not eat and a Lyft bicycle voucher for each day). When I asked staff how to use the Lyft voucher, they didn't know. It was overpriced but supposedly in a good area for restaurants. The cleaning staff was nice.

It was a great hotel, however, they need to upgrade their rooms. There was no USB ports inside the room. I've never had that problem before, so I didn't bring my plug. Come to find out that I needed one

Overall the hotel is good, but the elevators are terrible. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get down from 3rd floor to the lobby. Then 30 minutes more to go from Lobby to the parking. The elevators are slow and crazy busy in the mornings. It made us late for our appointment. The breakfast is not free but is really good.

A nice hotel overall with nice rooms, nice lobby and restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, in a nice area. The downsides were the elevators were quite slow and we found a partially-eaten dog bone on the floor of our room.

Manage your expectation with this hotel.

Actually the room and condition of the room did not meet my expectations at all for a quick family trip and the Hilton brand and the price they charged. Room was smaller than expected or mainstream room in a similar hotel brand. Lobby/amenity and staff were great.
