The front desk staff English was not very intelligible. We arrive three hours after check-in in our room was not finished being cleaned. The floor had a dip in it and the bed was really hard. We stayed in the hotel with a large group and breakfast was not prepared to accommodate a large group and therefore ran out of food before we had to leave.

It was a beautiful room, and clean. Looked like they are currently rennovatiing or something due to weird tub floor. Also the toilet paper stand was like full on buster and leaning lol 😆 The room they had me in was right next to the laundry room so it was a bit liud, plus they were doing something right outside my door to the ceiling so that was also loud. Overall a really good stay, wish they had plowed the parkinglot more, lots of chunks of snow and ice made it hard to see the lines. Id probably stay again just request a different room.

Floor and shower were dirty upon arrival- let the front desk staff know and they said they would let housekeeping know, but nothing was rectified. Pool was a bit too cold to swim but hot tub was good (though there was quite a bit of sand or dirt piled up on the hot tub floor). Was nice to have a restroom/shower/changing room in the pool area. The hotel was nearly fully occupied so breakfast was a madhouse... could have benefitted from additional staff to keep it clean and stocked. The food was not good. The eggs were made with questionable cheese and the breads/pastries were stale. The waffle batter was separated and the use of plastic liners in the chaffing dishes was not good for food quality- causes too much condensation build up. Then was surprised that I had to shovel out my own car after it snowed overnight. Overall, disappointed with the accommodations but still got the job done for what we needed.

The sheets were not changed from the previous guests… food was in the bed when we pulled the sheets back. The chairs need to be cleaned as you can see the BLACK dirt on the arm rests. No cookies were out during the whole stay like they are supposed to be. Breakfast was definitely on a budget!

The room was in good condition. There was no hot regular coffee at 7:00 in the morning, only decaf. And only one pot out of 6 or 7 was hot and ready. The food was inedible in the breakfast room (stale, old bagels, etc.)
