Staff was excellent, very helpful. Breakfast is an average hotel breakfast. Cleanliness was good except for the big black hairs on the side of the shower wall. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is above average for cleanliness and comfort and is in a convenient location. Would stay here again. Reasonably priced.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, but there was a musty smell in the room. Not sure if this was do to the room being located above the pool. The breakfast had something for everyone which was very appreciated. I also enjoyed the convenience of the location right off the interstate and the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cedar Falls.
