I wish we have stayed longer. Perfect for family: washer and dryer are a plus! Breakfast included are what we love the most, the swimming pool is great for the kids. The staff are nice and accommodating. Location is good as well. Near the grocery store and the harbor. The museum is literally 2 mins walk. Good stay!

The staff were excellent. The hotel perhaps has lost some of its lustre. I found trying to operate black switches on black walls difficult. The WiFi was good (top marks for Ruckus H-series APs), but the service behind it was patchy at best with frequent speed drops. There was a patch of black mould on the ceiling of our room, which housekeeping dealt with promptly. Bed was comfortable, room lacked a sofa and the golden chair was perhaps the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. Show heads need replacing. All in, I’d call it acceptable to good.

The room needed renovation. Tiles in the shower were broken and moved when you stood on them. The toilet flush was loose and needed adjustment. The bathroom door latch was broken. The walls had multiple marks and poor repairs made. Overall it was disappointing for a premium room

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone on staff was genuinely kind and welcoming — you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning artwork throughout that makes it feel more like staying in a gallery. The location is fantastic and makes exploring Wellington easy. We loved the kitchenette and especially the deep bathtub (it easily fits two!). Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was such a bonus — we just wished it came with simple instructions, but still very much appreciated the convenience. We didn’t have reservations for the restaurant, so we ended up eating in the bar, which was great as well. Just a heads-up: if you’re hoping to dine in the restaurant, be sure to book ahead — it’s very popular. A wonderful experience overall and a place we’d happily stay again.

We usually love staying at the QT Museum. This time the air con in our room sounded like it was on its last legs struggling to cool the room and the bed was very soft. We will certainly stay again but this was not our best stay.

Hotel clean and welcoming , room great, Staff great but top bar or restaurant not open at all and ground floor bar closed 9pm so no drinks or food other than room service , this should of been told to us on check in. Surprized we were charged extra for a Latte at breakfast, Other than that good.
