Good location to walk to TAB arena. Breakfast had to ask for fresh fruit and fresh pastries to be topped up. Room was showing signs of wear in tear especially around the tiled bath. No extractor fan in the bathroom so window fogged up. Bed and pillow was comfortable. No dressing gown supplied in wardrobes. One very small couch to sit on not big enough for 4x couple's if staying in the 2x bedroom apartment.

The best part was to shower. Don't let others tell you otherwise. To shower was by far the best part of this property. You truly have to experience it to understand what I'm talking about. The worst part of the property are the light switches. Again, this is one of those things you have to experience to understand. But the switches are not where you would think they would be and the things they turn on and off are not what you would expect. I don't know who designed this. But the actual hotel was very nice. The front desk was very nice. The art not so nice. Just kidding it was. The art was a highlight

The staff were, without exception, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The foyer, bar area and restaurant were a pleasure to be in with their interesting and wonderful artworks. However, the room we had was tired and felt neglected. It never had all the furniture in it that was shown on the website and what was there was badly positioned in the room. The kitchen area had only two place settings of each item, and their quality was suspect, including the smallest electric jug I've ever seen that struggled to hold enough water for two full mugs. The room was not generous and badly needs a makeover, plus the bed was not great. The restaurant was terrific, the food delicious and the service was good. We would go back for another meal there, but we were disappointed with the room so would stay elsewhere.

Unfortunately our first room had a terrible smell but they changed our room which then came with a sea view. Didnt like the fact i needed to pay for my coffee at breakfast. Great location for our evening out to a nearby restaurant.

Love this hotel for the cool artwork, and location is excellent for what we wanted. Staff were all very good. The beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed, although the apartment rooms are looking a bit tired around the edges. A great stay however, and we will be back.

I will be back!

Fantastic art-filled hotel - so classy. Excellent location, quiet and safe. Great value too. Plenty of space in the room and a full sized bath. The gym, pool and spa were open until 11.30pm which was amazing.

It’s difficult to find this place! It’s hidden within QT Hotel but there’s nothing advising that. Lots of art around the place. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lighting is terrible … it’s a dark room with lamp lighting, so bring a torch! Bathroom is a very weird configuration and poor drainage meaning water everywhere and wet feet. All necessary appliances but very limited crockery and cutlery. Noisy aircon, but fortunately not necessary to leave it turned on. Comfortable bed with good linen.

Need to chk that the appliances in the room are not faulty ( standard lamp) and utensils equivalent to no of guests occupying the room ..eg cutlery. Room service was very hard to contact and lighting inadequate for reading. No extra blanket or pillows, aircon to noisy to use while sleeping so it got very warm in room.
