Was nice, new and clean. Just a couple suggestion, the manager should not reprimand her employee in front of customers, i felt sorry for the poor new girl, that was actually working and doind somwthing else. Micro market was way overpriced, which you expect it to be a little bit but omg! Also it took us almost 30 mins to figure out how to turn on the lights as when we were checked in we were not told about using the room key for the lights! That was really frustrating as we needed to freshen up and meet family and it made us so late!! We were not able to have breakfast as they were late setting up and getting it out, that was frustrating as they advertise breakfast! I also felt it was rude to be approached by hotel staff in the lobby as we were waiting for our coffee to make sure we give a good review, it was almost a being pressured and told that we would give a good review.

Clean and Comfy with Friendly Staff

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable space. They have a nice offering of complimentary beverages in the lobby and a small but diverse spread for breakfast. Electric car parking is also available.

The 2 things that were a big disappointment. The person checking us in was not welcoming at all . Must have had a bad day. Second, the location and parking availability was bad. Very few available spots around the hotel. Busy road .
