It was nice but the room smelled like mildew, the heater scared us awake when it kicked on at 3am with loud bangs. The bath tub didn’t have a stopper so I couldn’t take a bath and the drain was so slow it was gross. It was a nice stay but even the hallways had holes in the ceiling

This is a great hotel. Staff is very nice. Its clean. Comfortable beds. Nice to have balconies. Alot of restaurants right around in walking distance. Along with shopping. Ih and the water is nice and hot.

Everything was great especially the staff. Sammy in particular. She went above and beyond in customer service. For example: she came to our room to help me setup our Roku so we had the comforts of home to see and enjoy the time we were in the room. We were spending time in Leavenworth but the hotels were unreasonable because it was for Thanksgiving. The price was unreal at the. Red Lion for everything they offered. Only suggestion I have is that there was plenty of room to have a comfy upholstered chair in the room other than just one for the desk. We would definitely stay there again
