Clean room! But tv did not work. Almost ALL channels were pixelated for the whole evening. Couldn’t change channels by just putting in the channel number, but had to put in channel 68 and then channel down one at a time till you got the channel you wanted! Tried to report the trouble 4 times but no answer from the front desk! Finally gave up and just turned off and went to sleep!

Extremely noisy in the morning. Staff very noisy. It seems that these excess noise is intentional because the staff was unresponsive when you asked politely to quiet down. The manager didn’t seem to care at all. Just shrugged her shoulders. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I was hoping to watch the baseball playoffs on ESPN, but to my surprise, ESPN was not loaded onto our TV. We also wanted to watch CNN, also not loaded. We called the front desk and the woman came right up and said that she could remedy by adding those channels, but it would take about 30 minutes. We said, no thanks. In our previous stays we'd never had a problem with missing channels. The channel laminated sheet on our TV bureau listed ESPN and CNN, so what's the deal? We have always loved staying at this La Quinta, but may reconsider for our next stop on the way to Austin from Toledo, OH.
