I stayed at this hotel on 11/14/25. I woke up covered in bites. Waited 10 mins at the front desk before check out and nobody came to help us. We had a flight to catch. As soon as I had a moment to contact the property they said it was too late to complain about the issue. I’m covered in bites and it’s disgusting. And the front desk refused to address the issue.
