Fithiest place we've stayed

Watch out for the slight of hand with the images they have online. Easies the filthiest hotel we've stayed in. First room was fithy with a terrible stinch. Room was extremely small, bathroom was dirty, and walls had stains and holes. We asked to switch rooms. The 2nd room was slightly better. Room has holes in the wall, floors were waterlogged hardwood, gang tagging on the door Only positive I'd give is the nice lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and reasonable. Almost like she knew she worked in a sh*thole

It did not look like the pictures. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was dirty. The pictures look nice but that’s not what it looks like when we got there.

We checked in after midnight because of delayed flights no big deal room was booked through Expedia. I also called the hotel to let them know we would be late they were very nice and said room would be waiting perfect. Check in, go to room. My wife walks in the room says it's smells damp in her I say it's Florida everything is damp. Well we walk into the room she sits on the bed takes her shoes off stands up the carpet is soaked like you could splash in it. I had to go the bathroom when this was all happening but in the bathroom there was water in the cracks of the wood tiles strange. I came out of the bathroom wife told me about the carpet to late now both our socks are soaked. Now we know why the room smells damp. Went to the front desk really nice guy, he went to the another room the only other room left it was not cleaned. I tried to call 5 other hotels all sold out. Asked the front desk for a bunch of towels which he gave me I went back to the room wife was mad because we couldn't get something different. I put a bunch of towels around the bed and wiped up the bathroom as soon as I wiped the bathroom dry there was water coming through the cracks again. The towels around the bed as soon as you put your foot on it it was soaked. We decide to try and just sleep we were exhausted from traveling all day. It was now after 200pm. Fell asleep then woken up around 5 with my wife having an asthma attack had to use her inhaler. We tried to sleep a little more but left the hotel

When we got to the hotel, there was a horrible smell in the lobby. We got our room on the 5tth floor, when we got to the room, the door would not close correctly. The air condition unit sounded as if the bearings were going out, we contacted the front desk, they said they would look into it. There as yelling in the hallway all night long. Early in the morning the grounds keeper thought it was a great idea to start up the lawn blower. When we talked to the front desk in the morning, they shrugged it off.

Toilet is cleaner!

Not even going to waste my time with this review. This place is DIRTY, NASTY and needs extensive remodeling. Great location, overpriced DUMP. Anyone that reviews this place as a 10 is nuts or living in Somalia.

It’s alright! Staff was great. The room is definitely dated, there were some miscellaneous stains on the walls and curtains, the room was very small and had an odd layout. However the bed, toilet, and shower were clean. Only stayed for 2 nights and were hardly in the room so it did the job but wasn’t the best.

Hotel common areas and rooms smelled foul, the room and linens were dirty, there was no water pressure/toilet wouldn’t flush and when there was water it was cold in the shower. To make matters worse, I was asleep early the night before my 6:00AM return flight and the front desk clerk banged on my room door until I woke up at 11:15 and answered. Only to tell me I should have already checked out that day and that he needed me to come downstairs…to then confirm I was right and their system had an error. I’ve never left a hotel/rental review before but it was egregiously bad all around.
