Always a great choice for school vacations. Science and nature shows lots of fun and pool area is well taken care of. My only concern is the Arcade . Never fun always disappointed kids.

Location was good. Close to restaurants and shops. Rooms, and the hotel overall, were clean. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Hotel has good amenities for families. Fire pits were nice to sit around as we watched the osprey and other birds in the tidal marsh. The staff was great! They made the stay enjoyable. The hotel will charge you $20 extra if your room is ready and you want to check in an early, that’s an unnecessary charge.

We visited in the off-season (a cold, rainy April weekend) and we found the perfect spot. The indoor pool, game room, pub and restaurant were all we needed, and we didn’t even have to leave the property. Everything was super clean and convenient! Totally recommend for a fun off-season visit! I’m sure it is fabulous in the summer….just a much different vibe!

Housekeeping Disappointment

The only complaints I have are (1) housekeeping did not replenish coffee and water or tidy the room and replace towels on our 2nd day. That was disappointing, Also the pillows on my bed were too small. Not full size pillows.
