Hotel is older with some carpet stains but beds were excellent! Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety! Staff is helpful and friendly! This property is also owned by Kelly Inn owners. Close to everything in West Yellowstone and very quiet and safe,!

Breakfast was great and staff were wonderful! Had an issue with a bathroom odor which they did resolve after two requests and the carpet in the room had a big stain which makes it look kind of dirty but otherwise the room was clean and overall the stay was good.

we liked that the reservation comes with a free breakfast however sometimes it was hard to find a seat because they accommodate large groups traveling by bus. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice. The location is perfect, very close to the entrance to the west gate of Yellowstone NP.
