Arrived in room to no amenities. Entry light was burned out. Bathroom trashcan had no lining in it. I had to report it to desk, and it was taken care of. Shower curtain was much too short for the open shower, spraying water over the entire bathroom floor. My husband had to move the curtain rod way down to make sure the curtain reached the floor.

Bed was very hard and bedding was think. Hot tub water was brown. Looked like a child may have had an accident since there were numerous young children. Pool looked clean but the hot tub looked nasty since water was brown.
