Steve is amazing!

Had a hiccup with parking but they more than went above and beyond to fix the issue. The manager, Steve is truly amazing. Very patient, professional and truly good hearted. Thank you for your help and it is because of this experience with Steve that we chose to stay at another Hampton

Very pet friendly

We stay here at least once a year for pucks and pups night at wesbanco arena. We bring our dog and the staff is always so kind!!!!

The hotel was very clean and well furnished. The staff was very nice and helpful. We came in for a concert downtown and they provided a shuttle to the concert, and picked us up after the concert. We will stay there again next time for sure.

The staff is not only very professional and prompt but friendly and easy to talk with. The desk worker and shuttle driver whose name i can't remember reminded me of talking with an Uncle that keeps you laughing all the time. Will definitely stay again

Great hotel

I think there was remodeling going on, on at least the 2nd floor, but the hotel was very clean and taken care of. I used the pool and gym area and both were very nice. Liked the pool area options. The staff was all super friendly and acknowledged your presence. The breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again for sure.
