I was disappointed in this hotel. The first room they gave me, the beds are old and cracking like you're sleeping on a bed filled with fireworks. I felt like the bed was gonna break. I reported it to the front desk and they switched my room. They gave me a room with almost the same problem, the room was dusty, the bathroom was very dusty, ss if they haven't cleaned it in a long time, hair everywhere in the bathroom and to put the cherry on top, the toilet overflowed and made a huge mess in the room. I reported it, a lady came and fix the toilet but i thought that they would have send housekeeping to reclean the bathroom but nope, they didn't. Its a shame

I came here with my 2 month old and 3 year old , my key cards never worked so I was constantly going up and down the stairs the room and the elevators reeked of mold . I was here from Thursday and had to beg for my room to be cleaned on Saturday because the lazy staff would not clean the room . I ended up leaving two nights early and staff said I’d still be charged the full amount so I will be disputing with my bank

The accessible bathroom’s shower head did not work. As someone with limited mobility, this made it difficult to shower. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom when I first arrived. I had to go back down stairs to ask for some. The room smelt vaguely of cigarettes. There also seemed to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the fan/exhaust fan did not work, making the room humid after a shower. There wasn’t a great selection of breakfast.
