Room was clean and the actual location however seems to be a problem with the heater in the room it would not keep the room at a decent temp even if you put it @ 80 it would constantly turn off in less than a minute and stay off for quite some time turning the room cold . There also seemed to be a party in the hallway it was 3am and there were kids running in thehallway and people talking loud and ahouting .
