We stayed there four nights. Room was comfortable, though "duvet" was overweight and slid around a lot, causing much discomfort. "Free" internet, and "complimentary" Tapa (for one, not two of us, expiring within one hour of checkin), pay for parking (advertised as "self-serve) were charged to us as a surprise "boutique service" at $15+ per night. Two elevators: one was out of service 1/2 of our stay. They have one food/bar/whatever area that was booked for events with unbelievably loud music Thursday through Sunday evenings during our stay. Breakfast was available for no less than $17 per entree PLUS mandatory 20% tip on top of taxes. How about a bagel and coffee for $6? Go to Pop's just down the street. No dinner menu? Of course not. Figure it out. On Friday night, a party ensued on our floor, in the hallway until 1:30am. On Sunday night, the room next door turned into a RAP party, with music blasting from 10pm until midnight. Surely, those people couldn't have held a conversation in their room. I would not recommend this place for anything other than a good bed, fair covers, and maybe a convenient location.

NoMa for the Win!

No complaints here. Front desk staff were friendly. Cool restaurant / lounge. Reasonably priced food and drinks. The food was really good. Bartenders were very nice.

Horrible!

I asked for a quiet room as I am 83 years old & a light sleeper. The desk clerk assured me that the room would be quiet. I was assigned room 216 which was adjacent to highway & seemingly right over the restaurant which played very loud music until 12 midnight. I called the front desk and asked them to help with the noise & the reply was “nothing I can do it’s the restaurant “ I had very little sleep the entire night.
