They were so unorganized and unfriendly. We rented a room for our daughter who was in town visiting, we had to fight with them because we were locals they didnt want to rent to us, so when I said fine, just give me my money back (because I had prepaid thru Hotels.com) they changed their tune. They didn't want to refund anything to us. Then when we checked out they charged us an extra $250 because they said we smoked in the room. They were unfriendly and unprofessional and I will NEVER stay at another Wyndham.
