The best!

My wife and I have vacationed in Wildwood for over 10 years. We've stayed at several hotels/motels during our trips. This place is the best! We've stayed there three consecutive summers, and plan on staying there on all our upcoming trips. The staff is great! The pool is fantastic! This location is great for families and those who don't want to deal with a bunch of "baphoonary" from other patrons.

Happy couple!

We have stayed at the Jolly Roger several times. We plan on staying there again in our future trips to Wildwood Crest. This is a family friendly place with many things to do onsite. The Jolly Roger is located near both the beach and boardwalk.

Loved that all room balconies faced the pool.

We loved that it, as it was an open hotel with all rooms opening on to the pool. It is terrific to just see everyone sitting on their porch, really very sweet. The room A.C. was great. The pool a great temperature. I would totally recommend it, though remember that you get free coffee. I did not mention that I was a guest and had to pay for my coffee, and the next person in line said that he was a guest and received free coffee.

Very nicely kept and family friendly. The front desk were very sweet and respectfed our request of a room on lower level. We Loved eveything about this motel. I took off one star for cleanliness because our room floor was sticky dusty with hair, the AC was very loud and they don't provide any breakfast. They have cafeteria on premises that offers it but had very poor choices and a ton of flies. Our 7 y.o. couldn't eat FF cause it smelled like old oil. We paid $20 on one owlette with FF.....

Close to the beach in a great area. Fantastic swimming pool, big, warm, with decent hours. We had an efficiency, and it was nice having the kitchenette, although it should have had a small pan. My husband didn't like the mattress, but I thought it was really comfortable. The AC was a very loud window unit. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Property was what you would expect from an inexpensive, aging hotel. On the other hand, the location was superb - block from the beach, bike/walking trail and two very nice city parks. The front desk staff (Elizabeth and Tom) were very personable and accommodated a request cheerfully. If the owners invested to improve the building then the price would reflect the cost. So for the money relative to the surrounding $$$ hotels, I would return.
