Beautiful and relaxing experience

Beautiful and chill location; excellent staff. It was annoying to have to move rooms the day after we arrived, but staff moved our packed luggage for us (with our permission) while we were out exploring to keep it easy. Loved snorkeling in the water right off the hotel. We felt the pool closed early (at 9 pm), and would have liked to use the hot tub later!

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed our stay, it was nice, quiet and so many things were close by -different restaurants, beaches and stores. We loved resort's private beach and hot tub with swimming pools. Our balcony was a tiny one, but the view made this fact irrelevant. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable beds with pillows for different tastes and a walk in closet - a very nice feature. It would've been nice to have had a kettle in addition to the coffee maker, but we survived without it šŸ˜€ i was surprised that there were no glasses for the toothbrushes and no shampoo or conditioner were available, but you could buy that in any of the stores, I had brought my own shampoo because i usually use particular one so it was all fine. There is a restaurant on the property and while the food was delicious, we had to wait for our dinner close to an hour and a half, so we decided to dine at different restaurants after that , there are quite few of them close by. All in all we had great time and considering this resort for future stays.

Staff was amazing. The only complaint I had was that they didnā€™t confirm the late checkout til about an hour before I was supposed to check out so thereā€™s no way to actually make use of the late checkout if you donā€™t know before

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Royal Sea Aquarium resort. The ocean view from the room balcony was breathtaking and thereā€™s a nice, small beach area to swim in the ocean on the hotel property. The resort was quiet which enabled a peaceful stay. The rooms were clean and accommodated a family of four easily with the Murphy beds. The hotel offered free scuba gear rental as well. The hotel staff was friendly and responded to our requests promptly.

The property was great. The private beach was awesome! From our room we could the dolphins swimming at the aquarium. Mambo beach is right across from the hotel. There are restaurants and shopping all along Mambo. My only issue was the noise from Mambo beach. The music was really loud. Other than that, the place is great!

Resort was nice but dated. Daily free shuttle to supermarket was awesome. Beach chairs were always available at pools or beach.

The hotel was overall pretty good, however, the Restaurant was below average. The dinner and breakfast was horrible and it seem like all the staff that ran into said the same. This was a big turn off to me because it was the only Resturant on site. Do yourself a favor and upgrade your room to a room with a kitchen and stop by the local supermarket BEFORE you arrive and just cook your own meals..
