Poor and unfriendly service- subpar accommodations

Motel staff did not speak to us and were uninterested in communicating. They were either on cell phones the whole time or slouching in foyer chairs. The breakfast was subpar, no coffee and mold on the muffins. Room, bathroom, and dining are were not clean. No blankets, room was cold, window had been left open and unlocked

Good for the Price

I have booked this hotel for the past several trips that I've taken to Williamsburg. Overall, the hotel is great for the price. My main issues were the state of the bathroom ceiling (my boyfriend was concerned that there was black mold on the ceiling, as there were black spots above the bathtub). Also, we could barely open the hotel room door due to the framing being off. We had to practically body slam the door open. Lastly, the bathroom floor had little hairs on it when we checked in, and the carpet had some crumbs and an old earring on it (which I nearly stepped on). I will definitely stay here again, but I do feel that some of the rooms could use a makeover.

The condition of this hotel is deplorable. It is dirty, not well-kept, and has not been updated in a long time. It also provides emergency shelter to low-income families in crisis. It is advisable to avoid this hotel if you are considering a vacation stay in Williamsburg.
