Really solid breakfast at this location, so that was great. The hotel seems a little dated and worn. Room was clean but they could use an updating as well. They advertise that the room sleeps six, but the beds are double and the pull out bed was double - so for even normal size human beings that gets pretty tight.

Hotel was clearly understaffed- workers they did have were amazing - dedicated and kind, professional and helpful. Elevator was ancient. We were on the top floor (5th) and wound up using the stairs 5-6 times a day. Breakfast included was nice - omelets to order, even turkey bacon and almond milk for coffee. Room was always clean. Parking lot had plenty of spots.

The staff was very kind and they had excellent breakfast buffet. My family was satisfied with our stay and we brought our dog. He also enjoyed the dog friendly environment.

좋았습니다. 호텔로비는 쾌적하고. 주차공간은 충분했으며. 방은 깨끗이 청소되어있었습니다. 체크인은 매우 신속했고. 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 위치가 가장 큰 장점입니자. 콜로니얼 뮤지엄. 제임스타운. 모든 쇼핑몰들과 차로 10-15분 거리입니다 실내수영장은 작고 귀여웠고. 깊이도 다양하여 아이들이 놀기에 적당했습니다. 다른 이용객이 없어 두시간 가량 아이둘이서 실컷 놀았습니다. 라이프 가드와 자켓은 구비되어있지 않습니다. 오후 5시30분부터 7시까지 무료 음료가 제공되어 맥주를 마시며 풀장 의자에 앉아 있었습니다. 편안하고 행복한 시간이었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 산책로라고 할만한 곳이 전혀 없고. 방 바로 앞이 지상주차장이라 커튼을 열수 없었으며. 호텔내 어린이를 위한 시설이 없었습니다. 윌리엄스 버그가 마음에 들어 즉흥적으로 하루 더 머물기로 했지만 아쉬운 점들때문에 다른 호텔을 예약했습니다. 아침식사와 무료음료 까지 생각한다면 가성비가 좋은 호탤입니다.

What a great place. Staff was exceptional. The breakfast was first class. It saves me $$ by having a great breakfast, more than I have ever had at any other hotel that said they had free breakfast. Cocktails included at 5:30 pm every day. Didn't need to buy drinks for dinner, another money saver. I will always look for an Embassy Suites when I need a hotel!!!
