It was good. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked good and the breakfast was pretty good. The employees really helped when needed to or asked. Like that they had a safe to store your belongings in. For some reason they kept leaving the room with three bath towels when I needed four.

There was never anyone consistently at the front desk. Usually no one was there and customers had to wait for someone to come out. Front desk was not helpful in checking in customers earlier if possible. The lobby was full of crumbs and the elevator floor had a sticky substance on the floor. Location was convenient to my destination but overall overpriced hotel with poor service and cleanliness in the common areas.

The property is very nice. The shower in our room needed some cleaning in the corners. There was not a working ice machine on the first and second floors. An ice machine was installed on the first floor during our stay. The common area was nice. The room was very clean with exception of the shower. The continental breakfast which offered fresh fruit everyday (apples, bananas, oranges) and 24/7 fresh brewed coffee was very good. The hotel is conveniently located in Williamsburg, VA with easy access to dining and shopping. The salt water pool was a hit with my grandson. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly. Property was very clean. Convenient location to restaurants and activities. Breakfast was replenished frequently and always well presented. A great place to stay while visiting Colonial Williamsburg.
