This motel has a great location: easy walking distance to the historic area and a some nice places to eat. There is plenty of parking at the property. The positives of the room include a clean comfortable bed, TV and internet worked, it was quiet, and seemed safe. Shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. The negative aspects were the towels were like sandpaper. Clean towels were available at the office. We did not eat breakfast provided at the motel. We felt like we got our money's worth and will likely return on future trips.

If you're just staying a few nights, this place is sufficient for the price. Bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom needed some repairs - the ceiling was falling apart and the room could use a good deep clean. The pool wasn't open yet, so we weren't able to use it. Overall, for the price it was okay. If we just need to stay one night, we will probably stay here again. Workers were nice, breakfast had a nice variety (yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, juices). Convenient location and not far from Busch Gardens or grocery stores, fast food places, etc.
