Female very kind, friendly, waved the pet fee which I was not aware of when I booked thru a third party. Room was clean and neat with several chairs and tables and was a good size for 2 beds. Coffee pot and coffee in room plus ironing board and iron. Unaware if there were a vending machine available, but would have liked one. Appropriate accommodations for the price. Would recommend it.

The owners on the property are really kind and helpful. I was staying here as a solo female and felt perfectly safe. Yes the rooms are dated but my room was very clean. Worth the price paid.

Good enough

If your looking for a cheap spot to lay your head, this place is totally adequate. Bed was clean and comfy. AC cranked and the water pressure in the shower was tremendous. Door to the bathroom had been kicked open by earlier tenants so it wouldn't close completely. It also has that used-to-be-a-smoking-room aroma but not overwhelming. Little to no ammenities but ya get whatcha pay for.
